Acknowledgement of Risk
I understand that clay shooting involves the use of shotguns and live ammunition, which carry inherent risks including but not limited to loud noise, recoil, flying debris, physical exertion, and the potential for injury.
I confirm that:
I hold a valid UK shot gun license and necessary insurances or I am being supervised by a license holder.
I will follow all safety instructions provided by staff.
I will wear the required personal protective equipment (head, hearing and eye protection) at all times when instructed.
I am not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any medication that may impair my ability to participate safely.
I am in good physical and mental health and know of no reason why I should not take part.
Liability Waiver
I accept that I participate in clay shooting activities at my own risk.
I agree that Edwinsford Sporting Clays, it's staff, instructors, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to myself, my property, or to any minors in my care, except where such injury, loss, or damage is caused by proven negligence on their part.
Data Protection
Personal information provided will be used solely for the purposes of administering participation in clay shooting activities and will be handled in accordance with GDPR.
